Fifth Nutrisupply, Inc., 1140 Arcadia Avenue, Unit F Arcadia, CA 91007, has been trading using a forged letter of kosher certification. The STAR-K has never certified this company. Corrective action is being taken.

November 8, 2012 Kashrus Violations
Agromet S.A. G. Banis Company & Services Inc. of Greece, producers of institutional sized olives and pickled products, has been terminated due to kashrus violations. If you are in possession of the above products, please call the STAR-K at 410-484-4110.
