Refrigerators:      Please be advised that several Star-K certified KitchenAid refrigerators have a problem where some interior lights go on when both the refrigerator and freezer doors are open at the same time.   (If only one door is open , this is not a problem.)  Check your model before Shabbos/YomTov to ascertain.   If you have this problem, please e-mail your contact information to info@star-k.org .  Please include both the model and serial numbers.
New purchases whose serial number begins with the letter “S”, but NOT “ Q “,  already have the fix installed.
