Products are Kosher for Passover only when the indicated   conditions are met.  Use the following key:   Star-K -P Product is certified for Passover only when bearing the Star-K -P symbol or a Kosher for Passover symbol/sign/label. Star-K (NPSR)    Product is certified for Passover when bearing the Star-K symbol.  No additional Kosher for Passover statement or “P” is necessary. Star-K (NSR) Product is certified for Passover by the Star-K. No Star-K symbol is required. KFP Kosher for Passover or “P” required next to kosher certification symbol. NPSR Product is certified for Passover when bearing kosher symbol of the certifying agency. No additional Kosher for Passover statement or is necessary.      Products certified Kosher for Passover by the Star-K do not use any ingredients derived from kitniyos (including kitniyos shenishtanu).       Agricultural products listed as being acceptable without certification do not require a hechsher when grown in chutz l’aretz (outside the land of Israel ). However, these products must have a reliable certification when coming from Israel .      Various products that are unfit for canine consumption may, halachically, be used on Pesach even if they contain chometz, though some practice stringency.  As indicated below, all brands of such products are approved for use on Pesach.  For a further discussion regarding this issue, see page 47 section IV.      Note: Quixtar homecare products listed in this guide are approved for Passover only when distributed in North America.

Matzoh made with fruit juice or eggs, which include Kosher for Passover
Egg Matzohs, Egg Matzoh Crackers, Grape Matzohs, etc. may not be eaten
on Pesach, according to Ashkenazic practice, except by the sick or elderly
who cannot eat regular matzoh, and have consulted with their Rav.
Please note: Even the sick and elderly cannot fulfill the obligation to eat matzoh
at the seder with these types of matzohs.  The following is certified by the Star-K
when bearing the - Star-K -P symbol.

supervision of the Manchester Beis Din. Contact Mrs. Karen Beleck
at 410-358-9580. Whether the obligation of eating matzoh on the first
night of Pesach can be fulfilled with these oat matzohs is questionable.
A Rav should be consulted.
